GRIND & POLISH
We provide concrete grinding and polishing that will result in either a basic polish of existing concrete or grinding the concrete surface exposing aggregate. Exposing aggregate can be as light as what is called a “Salt and Pepper” look or we can expose “full aggregate” In addition we can provide several types of protective coatings

FULL AGGREGATE
is a broad category of coarse to medium grained particulate material used in construction, including sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag, recycled concrete and geosynthetic aggregates. When we apply our multi-step grinding and polishing process, along with the right intensity and high quality products the effects are amazing.

SALT & PEPPER
The Salt and Pepper finish leaves you with a subtle and fine aggregate exposure. … Under these circumstances the stone often sits too deep in the concrete meaning that the exposure of the stone is only possible in certain areas.

EPOXY FLAKE
2 part 80% or higher solid product. Excellent for Office buildings, Retail stores, Other industrial, commercial, and residential garages. Good oil and chemical resistance. Much more decorative options vs some other coatings.

METALLIC EPOXY
2 part 80% or higher solid product. Intended for indoor areas where a unique decorative look is wanted. Metallic is best used in low traffic low dirt areas such as living rooms, home offices, etc. This is not intended for garages or areas where grease, oil, dirt, etc… are present.

SOLID COLOUR EPOXY
2 part 80% or higher solid product. Excellent for Shopping malls, office buildings, retail stores, Industrial plants and warehouses, Food processing and preparation plants, public facilities including hospitals and schools, Pharmaceutical companies, other industrial, commercial, farming, military, etc.

POLYURETHANE
Generally applied in multiple coats and excellent for commercial parking garages (indoor and outdoor),industrial plants and warehouse, retail stores, military, food processing and areas where there is a likelihood of heavy wear and abuse. Polyurethane is often used where waterproof qualities are required.

RESIDENTIAL CONCRETE DRIVEWAY REPAIR
In many cases we can repair your driveway for a fraction of the cost, depending on the current damage. For cracks (not control joints) we use a Rapid Setting Urethane Crack & Spall Repair products. These are two-component hybrid urethane repair liquid used to mend cracks in concrete, and repair damaged or uneven concrete surfaces. We use ultra-low viscosity materials formulated to penetrate deep into cracks, mending them back together.

FLEXIBLE POLYUREA COMPOUND
Without a proper concrete expansion joint filler, these joints are highly vulnerable to spalling, chipping, cracking, and stress when exposed to traffic from heavy vehicles. Concrete joints are an essential tool for preventing surface cracks in concrete. Applying a Polyurea compound on residential driveways will reduce water penetration (which reduces cracking in cold weather), it will reduce weeds from growing and ant infestations on your driveway or walkway. RIGID URETHANE CRACK FILLER
Our system is a two component hybrid urethane fast cure repair liquid used to mend cracks in concrete, repair spalled joints, and patch damaged or uneven concrete surfaces. Its fast cure time makes quick work of repair jobs. We can fill deep into cracks, mending the concrete structurally, and have the area open to traffic in one hour.

INDUSTRIAL PENETRATING SEALER
Our industrial penetrating sealer chemically modifies the concrete to create a permanent, integral and consistent membrane from 2- 4mm below the surface with an added super repellant at the surface. The concrete is internally waterproofed with visual water beading / repellency on the surface.

SPALLING CONCRETE REPAIR
We repair flakes/spalling materials that are broken or coming loose. Concrete spalling typically begins when the steel reinforcing embedded within the concrete member rusts… This can cause the concrete to delaminate or to crack, spall, and break off.

UNEVEN CONCRETE – TRIP HAZARD
As the ground shifts it can cause concrete walkways/sidewalks to sink and shift, creating uneven trip hazards. We can grind these areas to ensure your liability is greatly reduced.
