Prior to the first sign of cold weather, our crew of snow pros undergo Cassian’s comprehensive classroom training course, learning our strict protocols as well as off-site training using our state-of-the art equipment and YETI software. Our goal is to ensure every crew member is prepared to get the job done safely and efficiently.

We are prepared for all contingencies. During snowfalls, we clear parking lots and pathways. And when temperatures drop, we manage anti-icing with brine and/or rock salt. Our thorough reliable services have proven to reduce slips, trips, and falls—we can provide before and after photos of your site along with detailed reports of our services to make claims open and shut cases. We carry $5million commercial general liability insurance.

Sustainability is important to us—that’s why we have adopted environmentally sustainable solutions. We encourage all our customers to switch from rock salt to brine for anti-icing service, because when used properly, brine is as effective as rock salt for anti-icing and pre-treatment of hard surfaces and puts a quarter of the salt into our environment. For sidewalks, we use JETBLUE^TM ice melt made with SMART MELT^TM de-icing technology, a unique formulation that allows for faster and longer-lasting ice melting, is pet friendly, and reduces corrosion and toxicity to vehicles and property.
